A new photographic album telling the story of the independent days of the L&B in historic pictures. Published in the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway Trust’s now familiar soft back landscape format in sixty photographs it tells the story from Lady Newnes cutting of the first sod in September 1895 on the site of Lynton Station to the eve of the Southern Railway take over in July 1923.
