An update from the Somerset & Bristol Area Group

The Somerset and Bristol Area support group (SABA) had a sales stand and demonstration 009 gauge model railway layout at the recent show in Wells. The layout, work in progress, is based on Woody Bay station and fairly prototypical track layout. It is a loop, so visitors to the show, particularly children, could see trains running continuously running. Photos attached of the overall stand with Mike Jones standing and also the station detail. Sales over the weekend were good despite a rather low stock level and we made over £100 towards the Trust and in particular Van 23.
