PROPOSED EXTENSION OF THE LYNTON & BARNSTAPLE RAILWAY TO CRICKET FIELD LANE
PARISH COUNCIL AND PUBLIC DROP-IN SESSIONS AT PARRACOMBE VILLAGE HALL

As members will be aware, the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway is planning an extension to a proposed location at Cricket Field Lane. We are seeking to engage with as much of the community as possible at the earliest opportunity to understand their views so that we may address any concerns.

We are meeting with Parish Councillors on 9^th July, and we shall be hosting public meetings for local residents at the village hall on Friday 12^th July between 6.30pm and 9.30pm and Saturday 13^th July between 10.00am and 1.00pm. 

These will be open and collaborative engagement sessions based around a series of illustrative display boards where attendees will be able to ask questions and discuss ideas, and concerns, with a team from the railway.

We will of course be publishing the same material at the same time on the railway’s web site including the opportunity for members to feedback on proposals.
