Steam on the Moor Episode 12 - Railway 200 Whistle Up

From a damp Woody Bay on the Lynton & Barnstaple Railway, along with railways right across the UK and beyond, we took part in the 'Whistle Up' at 12 noon on New Year's Day marking the start of the Railway 200 events.
